I've been on a similar path for over a year, and cut out drinking. I increased my exercise and made a point to spend more time in nature. My sleep did improve, but I have not lost a pound. I am still 60 pounds over my healthy weight according to BMI.

I don't regret this chgange. Or deny its health benefits. But I do find it incredibly hard to believe your weight loss claim. Small exaggerations like that can really destroy the believability of your message. Consider that.
